Hubert Thuma, the president of the Ilfov County Council, announces investments of 12.8 million lei for the digitization of several hospitals. The money comes from PNNR, and the implementation of the projects has a deadline of 2025.

Hubert Thuma says in a post on Facebook that three hospitals in Ilfov will be digitized with money from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR). The largest amount will go to the Ilfov County Emergency Clinical Hospital (5.9 million lei).

“We obtained funding for IT systems. And in terms of IT infrastructure, but also for programs. For example: The module for appointments, the module for admissions, for the analysis laboratory or the digitization of archives.

All this will make the work of the medical staff easier. Obviously, for the benefit of patients. Specifically, the amounts obtained:

  • 2.5 million lei for the Buftea Obstetrics-Gynecology Hospital;
  • 4.4 million lei for the “Eftimie Diamandescu” Bălăceanca Psychiatric Hospital;
  • 5.9 million lei for the Ilfov County Emergency Clinical Hospital.

The implementation of the projects has a deadline of April 2025. It is extremely important for me to know that you have access to high-quality services in our hospitals,” says Thuma.
